Following requests from our clients we have (from Summer 2006) introduced a canapé menu. Perfect for drinks parties (we would be happy to provide a range of wines or Champagnes) , this range of bite sized nibbles are all freshly made for your function from the highest quality meats fish and vegetables.
Our canapé range includes over 30 varieties, including:
salmon & cream cheese tartlets, tuna tapenade with broccoli, prawn & avocado crostini, vine tomato with mozzarella & basil, spinach wrap with chicken & mango salsa, mini Yorkshires with horseradish cream, duck parfait with caramelised orange.
The most often asked question regarding events where canapés will be served is how many should I order ? Of course the final decision will be yours, but our experience suggests that for an event lasting under an hour, 5 canapés per person would be sufficient, 6 per person for hour long events, 8 per person for events up to an hour and a half, and 9 for two hour long events. Prices for all our canapés are £4.00 for a mixed selection of 6 pieces.
