Although our website looks at many of the areas of operation at Four Seasons Catering, it is not possible to cover all eventualities. In order to answer some of the more common questions that are raised by our customers we have included a FAQ guide. If, after reading this, there is still something you are not sure of please give us a call or an email and we will do our best to help.
Are the serving dishes disposable ?
We prefer to use china and stainless steel bowls and platters as we think they display our food better. These are included in the costs of menus (as are disposable plates and napkins).
How about delivery and collection ?
After agreeing a time with you, we will deliver your food and then collect the empty serving dishes the next day (or whenever is convenient). This is all included in the price quoted.
What are the payment arrangements ?
If you are booking in advance (a wedding for example) we ask for a 10% deposit to guarantee the date. Otherwise we ask for cash on delivery. For corporate customers we are happy to invoice you. BACS payments are fine.
